Entering Zhonqi: Stories Behind the Choice

Group Editor: Congratulations to the three new students for becoming MVPs in the new employee training. Let's get to know you!

Sun Yan: Hello everyone, my name is Sun Yan. I have more than 8 years of HR experience and have served in the artificial intelligence and internet finance industries. I am skilled in building HR systems based on business development to become a true business partner. I believe that "work is a practice," and I hope to become a better version of myself in this practice.

Ji Feifei: Hi, I'm Ji Feifei. I currently work as a data product manager for the marketing data platform in Zhonqi's cross-border R&D team. As an ENTJ-A personality type, I'm good at combining strategic thinking with execution, building data-driven decision engines in complex business scenarios. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and food.

Pei Yanbo: Hello everyone, my name is Pei Yanbo. My MBTI type is ENTJ. I have a wide range of interests and hobbies, including guitar, motorcycle riding, mountain travel, and occasionally gaming.

Group Editor: What attracted you to choose Zhonqi Group?

Sun Yan: Zhonqi Group's industry background and development scale align with my career plan. Here, I can have greater room for development and learning opportunities, and I hope to grow together with the company.

Ji Feifei: Zhonqi Group's unique model and development potential in cross-border business. As a data worker, I hope to use data to drive the success of the company and clients in the global market.

Pei Yanbo: I have a development background and understand the complexity of website development. I hope that a truly low-code/no-code platform will emerge in the future, and Zhonqi Group is at the forefront of the industry in this aspect.

Group Editor: Do you remember how you felt on your first day? Were there any special experiences?

Sun Yan: Of course I do! I've been working for two months now, and I still remember the happiness and excitement of my first day. Through business learning and team building, I quickly integrated into the company. Especially in the group discussion session of the new employee training, I deeply felt the power of teamwork.

Ji Feifei: My first impression was that the company atmosphere was very open and friendly, and my colleagues were very enthusiastic, especially Manager Hu, Manager Zhu, Fanfan, Wenting, Yanyu, HR Cuicui, Hu Ming from the group, Guangxin, and other colleagues. Their support helped me quickly master the business and adapt to the company's culture.

Pei Yanbo: To be honest, I was unfamiliar with the company's processes on the first day, but my colleagues were very enthusiastic and helped me quickly get into the groove. After completing my first task, I had a great sense of accomplishment and was even more confident that I had integrated into the team.

The Zhonqi Journey: Challenges and Growth Go Hand in Hand

Group Editor: Please briefly introduce your daily work.

Sun Yan: My work mainly involves supporting the business from an HR perspective, responsible for recruitment, assessment, talent incentives, focusing on employee growth, optimizing team management, and promoting organizational culture building and business development.

Group Editor: As an HR professional in a new environment, what is the biggest challenge you have encountered?

Sun Yan: The biggest challenge is building an online service team, which requires industry resources and background, and the recruitment needs are urgent. I expanded recruitment channels, proactively searched for candidates, quickly locked down talent profiles, and deepened my understanding of the industry and business.

Group Editor: In your opinion, how should companies attract and retain excellent talent in the digital age?

Sun Yan: Company brand image, industry influence, company reputation, and team atmosphere are key to attracting talent. A comprehensive promotion and incentive mechanism, a pleasant team atmosphere, humane employee benefits, and competitive salaries are important factors in retaining talent.

Group Editor: Please briefly introduce your work content.

Ji Feifei: I am responsible for building the marketing data platform from scratch, including data architecture design, collection and integration, analysis and mining, and data visualization.

Group Editor: What are your expectations for Zhonqi's cross-border data platform in the future?

Ji Feifei: I expect to improve data processing efficiency through AI and machine learning and provide more intuitive and easy-to-use analysis tools to lower the barrier to data analysis, allowing everyone to use data to make decisions and empower the enterprise.

Group Editor: As a data product manager, what was the biggest challenge you faced when you first joined the company?

Ji Feifei: Initially, I wasn't sure who to turn to when I encountered problems, which made me feel lost. By asking colleagues for advice, I gradually became familiar with the department's functions and business models. Now communication is more efficient, and I'm more confident in my work.

Group Editor: Please briefly introduce your current work.

Pei Yanbo: My main responsibility is the full life cycle management of website building products, including market research, needs analysis, product planning, function design and iterative optimization. I also collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the product meets market demands.

Group Editor: In your opinion, what are the key qualities of a product manager? Also, for the Xinwang product you are responsible for, what do you think it excels at, and where is there room for improvement?

Pei Yanbo: A product manager needs insight, communication skills, and resilience. The product I'm involved in has accurate and intuitive market research data, but there's room for improvement in timeliness and personalization. I hope that in the future, the product's functions can be enriched, supporting cross-border and global one-click registration, and promoting the concept of "everyone is a programmer," allowing users to create independently.

Value Resonance under the Guidance of Digitalization

Group Editor: How do you understand "digitalization"? How do you apply new technologies to improve efficiency in your work?

Sun Yan: I understand "digitalization" on two levels: "Digital" is finding the optimal replicable solution through data analysis; "Intelligent" automatically analyzes through intelligent means to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement. I often use tools like "Doubao" and "DeepSeek" to optimize problem descriptions and improve the quality of answers, helping me improve efficiency in my work.

Ji Feifei: In my opinion, "digitalization" is not simply a stack of technologies, but a threefold transformation of "technology + business + organization." Its core lies in driving business value through data and using intelligent technology to achieve autonomous decision-making and continuous optimization. In my work, I often use AI tools such as Doubao, Kimi, ChatGPT, and DeepSeek to improve efficiency and decision-making quality.

Pei Yanbo: My understanding of "digitalization" is the combination of digitalization and intelligence. Digitalization facilitates data storage and analysis, while intelligence allows data to make more informed decisions. In my daily work, I use data analysis and AI tools to improve efficiency, and I also use online collaboration tools to allow team members to edit and communicate in real time, greatly saving time and improving communication efficiency.

Group Editor: How do you understand the group's core value of "Customer success is my success"?

Sun Yan: It's an "altruistic mindset." Meeting customer needs and enabling customer success is how we achieve our own value.

Ji Feifei: I believe the core of this statement is to prioritize customer interests. Only when customers are satisfied can the company truly succeed.

Pei Yanbo: Our work should revolve around customer interests and needs. Only by helping customers achieve their goals can our value be reflected.

Group Editor: Finally, please express your wishes for the future development of the Zhonqi Group in one sentence.

Sun Yan: May each business line of Zhonqi Group become an industry benchmark, providing customers with more value and better service.

Ji Feifei: Wishing Zhonqi Group to grasp the pulse of the times, lead industry trends, bravely stand at the forefront of development, and write a new chapter of brilliance!

Pei Yanbo: I hope that because of Zhonqi Group, there will be no dreams stopped by code in the world.
