In the rapidly changing business environment, maintaining regional competitiveness and driving sustained growth have become common challenges for many companies. Especially in a vibrant and innovative enterprise like Zhonqi Group, the secret to success lies not only in precise market strategies but also in the cohesion and execution of a strong team behind it.

As an important force of Zhonqi Group, the Lujin region, with its outstanding performance and strong talent team building, has always been at the forefront of the Group. As the regional director of Zhonqi Power Lujin region, Li Shaohua has been deeply involved in the field of enterprise digital services for twenty years since joining the company in 2005. Starting from a business position to now being fully responsible for the overall business in Shandong and Shanxi provinces, he has not only witnessed the rapid development of the Lujin region but also deeply participated in team building and successfully cultivated a large number of outstanding talents for the Group. His career path is a typical case of combining personal struggle with organizational empowerment. His management philosophy and talent cultivation methods have also become key factors in driving the continuous progress of the Lujin region.

In this issue of "Zhonqi Spokesperson • Discussing Digital Growth" interview, we are honored to invite Mr. Li to share his years of work experience, the market strategy of the Lujin region, and his thoughts on how to drive sustained enterprise growth through talent cultivation.

With high goals as the engine,
Achieving the Lujin region's "King's Return"

Group Editor: Please review your career development at Zhonqi Group. What key factors have contributed to your growth as a regional director?

Li Shaohua: I joined Zhonqi Power in December 2005, initially working in business. In April 2011, I officially became the regional director and have been working ever since. Looking back on this journey, there wasn't a particular turning point, but continuous effort and opportunities provided by the company have allowed me to grow continuously. I want to thank the company's internal promotion system and the many leaders who recommended and trusted me. In this process, I have always believed in "striving for higher goals," and this sense of purpose has led me to where I am today.

Group Editor: The Lujin region has achieved remarkable results in recent years. What do you consider to be the core driving force behind this?

Li Shaohua: In 2023, the Lujin region made a comeback, once again becoming the sales leader; in 2024, it further improved its performance and also cultivated and provided a batch of outstanding talents for the Group. I believe that the core driving force behind this is the team's sense of purpose, honor, and responsibility. Only when the team has a clear understanding of the goals, a strong sense of regional honor, and a willingness to take responsibility can it exert its maximum combat effectiveness. It is this strong team spirit that has enabled the Lujin region to maintain its competitiveness for a long time.

Talent cultivation, the key to sustainable enterprise growth

Group Editor: As you just mentioned, the Lujin region not only has outstanding performance but also has provided a large number of outstanding talents for the Group, receiving the talent cultivation award from the Group's CEO, which is a highly valuable award. What cultivation strategies and methods have you used to help these outstanding talents grow better?

Li Shaohua: Talent cultivation centers on two points: one is the individual's willingness to grow, and the other is the guidance and motivation from management. For employees with potential, we must provide opportunities to stimulate their management potential and business capabilities, and we must also lead by example and be role models. I always believe that the behavior of managers is the best demonstration.

Therefore, I will continue to learn and share the latest market trends, management experience, and business models with the team, keeping them at the forefront of the industry. Cultivating talent is like finding a thousand-mile horse; not only must you identify talent, but you must also motivate and guide them to fully utilize their greatest potential.

Group Editor: From the perspective of long-term enterprise development, what value do you think talent cultivation has for the sustainable development of enterprises?

Li Shaohua: Talent is the most important asset of an enterprise, and their growth directly affects the future of the enterprise. In the Lujin region, we not only focus on short-term performance but also strive to build a team with long-term competitiveness.

In my opinion, the value of talent to an enterprise is reflected in several aspects: excellent talent can create value, promote enterprise innovation, and enhance the enterprise's market competitiveness; it can also stimulate team potential, improve employee satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and thus reduce turnover. At the same time, talent is the carrier of corporate culture, conveying core values through words and deeds, and enhancing team cohesion. In addition, the sustainable development of an enterprise depends on excellent leadership and management capabilities. Excellent leaders can motivate teams, promote change, and lead enterprises to move steadily forward in a constantly changing market environment.

Therefore, only by continuously cultivating talent can enterprises truly weather cycles and achieve sustainable growth.

Lujin Region: A Promising Future

Group Editor: After discussing talent cultivation, as a regional director with heavy responsibilities, how do you personally deal with various challenges?

Li Shaohua: My goal is clear: to lead the Lujin region to become the strongest region of Zhonqi Group, and to allow all members to be proud of being in the Lujin region. The biggest challenge is how to maintain this sustained leading position for the Lujin region. After all, I have been the regional director for more than ten years, the market environment is constantly changing, and management methods also need to be continuously optimized.

I have summarized two key methods: First, individuals must continuously learn and delve into products to ensure a keen judgment of the market. Second, management must keep up with industry trends, optimize management models, and continuously innovate to adapt to the changing environment. Only by maintaining a high level of professionalism for the entire team and keeping pace with the times in management methods can we ensure that the Lujin region remains at the forefront of the industry.

Group Editor: In the face of a new round of market competition, what new business development plans does the Lujin region have?

Li Shaohua: Our core strategy remains consistent with the overall direction of the Group, but at the regional level, we have keenly perceived the intensification of competition in the domestic market since 2023, so we have proactively deployed foreign trade business. Shandong and Shanxi are major foreign trade provinces. We combine the regional advantages of the two provinces, actively expand foreign trade customers, promote the market landing of "digital portal" products, and further tap the market potential.
